When I was approached for SoLow, I knew immediately that I was going to seize this opportunity. The plan that was offered seemed genuinely fair and wonderful to me. As an assistant, I am being groomed for my own branch and therefore also for the opportunity to advance to store manager. I really didn't want to miss out on this!
